B2B Shipping and Returns

Our order desk is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt using a carrier selected by Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves, unless otherwise specified. Freight charges will be billed on your invoice. If you need to update your shipping addresses or account info, please call the office at 1-800-561-8017 (M-F) (9-5pm EST.) or email us.

USA (Lower 48 states) and Canada:
Orders must be a minimum of $50.00 before taxes and shipping.

For Orders $0-$499.99
Flat rate ground shipping $20.00

For Orders $500.00 and above
Free Ground Freight (Within Canada and United States (Lower 48)

3rd Party Shipping: For accounts with 3rd Party shipping, invoices will be adjusted at time of fulfillment to reflect $0.00 shipping. 

Tracking information will be sent by email.

International Orders: All online orders will be submitted as drafts for quotation in USD. Freight/Shipping costs determined at the time of fulfillment. Weights and Dimensions can be provided at request. Opening order is 48 pairs. Payment must be made by wire transfer or ACH.

All quantities are subject to stock availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items not available will be placed on backorder for 30 days before cancelling.

Pre-Orders of new products will ship upon availability.

Spring, Winter and Show Specials available through Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves may have specific terms and conditions separate from the Terms & Conditions specified in this document. Terms & Conditions of these specials will specified at time of availability of special.

Discrepancies due to packing errors must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this point.

 

Payments

B2B credit card payments are securely processed using Shopify Payments. 

B2B customers can choose to pay via credit card online at time of purchase or select "pay later". (at time of fulfillment)
If you choose to pay at fulfillment - will either bill you with the credit card we have on file or if you are on terms, you will receive your invoice by email.

If a product is not available at time of fulfillment, it will be at our discretion as to if we can offer a store credit or a suitable alternate or refund. 

 

Returns

Before making returns to Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves you must first contact Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and to receive return shipping instructions. Your RA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any packages returned without an RA number will be refused. Returned items must include an original invoice or original purchase receipt from customer.

Defective items must include a written description of the nature and/or cause of damage.
Please include in your email to orders@ssgridinggloves.com: 

  1. a brief description of the problem.
  2. a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt.
  3. Two (2) Photos a) showing the defect b) showing the pair (both gloves.)

If SSG Gloves determines that the Product is defective, we will replace the product. Claims will either be accepted or refused after review and subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines and the discretion of Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves. Claims may be refused if item has failed due to normal wear, abuse, lunging, or race horse riding. All determinations made by SSG Gloves will be SSG Gloves sole discretion and decision will be final.

All returns by SSG Gloves in the United States/ Canada will be sent using ground shipping.

SSG® Gloves are warranted for 60 days after purchase date against defects in material and workmanship. Items under $15 retail are not covered by warranty. Gloves must be returned to place of purchase with a sales receipt and be clean. Any glove determined to be defective may be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of the Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves Return Department. Warranty void if washed in bleach or dried in clothes dryer.
