Cancellation Policy
Sorry, but we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. We ship promptly and cannot cancel orders once placed and paid for.

Shipping/Delivery
We will ensure that all packages are shipped in new condition to the address that you provide at checkout.

Payments:

Consumer credit card payments are securely processed through Shopify payments.

If a product is not available at time of fulfillment, it will be at our discretion as to if we can offer a store credit or a suitable alternate or refund.

Returns 

SSG® Gloves are warranted for 60 days after purchase date against defects in material and workmanship. Items under $15 retail are not covered by warranty. Clearance Items are Final Sale. Gloves must be returned to original place of purchase with a sales receipt and be clean. Warranty void if gloves were washed in bleach or dried in clothes dryer.

Exchanges are not currently available. For now, we advise creating a return.

We accept returns within 30 days from your date of purchase. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer who is returning the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in it's original packaging.

How to Return Defective Products:
OPTION 1: Return the product to the store where it was purchased. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the retailer.
OPTION 2: If purchased online at ssgridinggloves.com please email us.  (We will only accept returns for purchases made through ssgridinggloves.com)

Please include in your email to orders@ssgridinggloves.com: 

  1. a brief description of the problem.
  2. a copy of the original proof of purchase receipt.
  3. Two (2) Photos a) showing the defect b) showing the pair (both gloves.)

If SSG Gloves determines that the Product is defective, we will replace the product. Claims will either be accepted or refused after review and subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines and the discretion of Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves. Claims may be refused if item has failed due to normal wear, abuse, lunging, or race horse riding. All determinations made by SSG Gloves will be SSG Gloves sole discretion and decision will be final.

All returns by SSG Gloves in the United States/ Canada will be sent using ground shipping.

Refunds 

REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING FEES* IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND WE WILL DEDUCT THE SHIPPING FEES THAT WE MAY HAVE INCURRED. (Shipping fees incurred by either the store or the customer, will not be refunded,)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt of goods. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Please allow 7 business days and contact us at orders@ssgridinggloves.com if you feel that sufficient time has passed and your credit has not posted to your account.

Sale items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Returns are not available on clearance items.
