Paypal

Payments are processed using PayPal. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make.

General Credit Information

If you are interested in becoming a dealer please send us your information on your business letterhead along with a description of your business.

After reviewing your information we will send you a confirmation by email, fax, or phone. To contact us please email info@ssgridinggloves.com

New accounts are given terms of C.O.D. or Credit Card on approval.

Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge which will be added to your account. In addition, the terms of your account will be reviewed.

Overdue Open Accounts

Terms may be changed to C.O.D. once your account is cleared.

Shipping & Ordering

Our order desk is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt using a carrier selected by Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves, unless otherwise specified. Freight charges if applicable will be billed on your invoice.

All quantities are subject to stock availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Pre-Orders of new products will ship upon availability.

Spring, Fall and Show Specials available through Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves may have specific terms and conditions separate from the Terms & Conditions specified in this document. Terms & Conditions of these specials will be specified at time of availability of special.

Discrepancies due to packing errors must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this point.

 

Return & Warranty Policy

Before making returns to Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves you must first contact Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and to receive return shipping instructions. Your RA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any packages returned without an RA number will be refused. Returned items must include an original invoice or original purchase receipt from customer.

Defective items must include a written description of the nature and/or cause of damage. Claims will either be accepted or refused after review and subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines and the discretion of Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves. Claims may be refused if item has failed due to normal wear, abuse, lunging, or race horse riding.

SSG Gloves are warranted for 30 days after purchase date against defects in material and workmanship. Items under $15 retail are not covered by warranty. Gloves must be returned to place of purchase with a sales receipt and be clean. Any glove determined to be defective may be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of the Fargo Trading/SSG Gloves Return Department. Warranty void if washed in bleach or dried in clothes dryer.

What You Will Need to Do to Return Defective Products
Return the product to the store where it was purchased OR call SSG GLOVES for a Return Authorization Number ("RA#").

To obtain an RA#, please take the following steps:

  • Call us at 1-800-561-8017
  • Tell us WHAT you are sending back
  • Tell us WHY you are sending it back
  • Record the RA# and details for your future reference

To ship the Product back to SSG Gloves, please take the following steps:

  • Include a copy of the original proof of purchase or receipt
  • Include a brief description of the problem
  • Mark or identify the defective item with a piece of masking tape (if applicable)
  • Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the box
  • Ship the product to the following address:

Please ship the product freight prepaid and insured (SSG Gloves assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department and shipping charges are not refundable).

If SSG Gloves determines that the Product is defective, SSG Gloves will either replace the product or repair the product. All determinations made by SSG Gloves will be SSG Gloves' sole discretion and will be final.

All returns by SSG Gloves in the United States will be sent using ground shipping.

Sponsorship & Donations

Due to the overwhelming amount of sponsorship and donation requests we receive, only requests sent by hard copy in the mail will be considered. Requests will be approved as promotional budget allows. For consideration please send a letter to:
