Payments

Payments are processed using PayPal. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make.

Exchanges & Returns

NO EXCHANGES are currently available.

Alternatively, we advise creating a return.

We accept returns within 30 days from your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is at expense of customer who is returning the product.

Clearance items ***All Clearance items are final sale. No Returns.****

How to Return Defective Products:

OPTION 1:
Return the product to the store where it was purchased.

OR

OPTION 2:
Email us at SSG Gloves:

Please remember to include & attach:
a) A copy of the original proof of purchase or receipt
b) A brief description of the problem
c) Two Photos: 1. Showing the defect 2. Showing the pair of gloves.

If SSG Gloves determines that the Product is defective, SSG Gloves replaces the product.
All determinations made by SSG Gloves will be SSG Gloves' sole discretion and will be final.

All returns by SSG Gloves in the United States/ Canada will be sent using ground shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.

NOTE: REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING FEES*
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND WE WILL DEDUCT SHIPPING FEES THAT WE MAY HAVE INCURRED.
(*Shipping fees incurred by either the store or the customer, will not be refunded)

Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Please contact us at: orders@ssgridinggloves.com, if you feel that sufficient time has passed and your credit has not posted to your account.

Cancellation Policy
Sorry, but we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. We ship promptly and cannot cancel orders once placed and paid for.

Shipping/Delivery
We will ensure that all packages are shipped in new condition to the address that you provide at checkout.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Discount promo codes are not valid on clearance items. Returns are not available on clearance items.
